Job Purpose: To ensure sales (both volume and value) in the residential & commercial segment. Perform duties such as study the property listing, identify and accompany prospective clients to the property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts under the guidance of directors.
Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales in Real Estate sector with some exposure to primary sales
Education : Graduate in Marketing or BBA with a specialisation in Marketing or Sales
Key Responsibilities:
+ Achieve maximum revenue targets through primary sales in the residential & commercial segment
+ Develop strong relationships with end-customers and potential end-customers
+ Collaborate with sales agents across zones or territories
+ Remain up to date with latest market trends, business knowledge and technological advancements
Functional Skills: Understanding of the Real Estate Business, Handle a strong network of connections, Knowledge of pricing, market trends and CRM practices, Exposure to primary sales business, Tech Savvy
